Matthew is a fully licensed financial advisor, Certified Estate Planner and also co-founder of Traywick Financial. He brings a diverse background to the team with prior experience as a law enforcement officer and Certified Fraud Examiner. He understands the many challenges families and businesses can have when it comes to planning for the future.

We believe creating a financial plan is extremely beneficial not only for those nearing retirement, but even more so for those who have been thrown a curve ball by life. We have known many people who have experienced life-changing events and we believe those who established a comprehensive plan have been able to navigate through those events incrementally easier. Unfortunately, we have experienced both personally and were thankful we had a plan.

Matthew loves spending time with his wife, 3 children and his animals. He loves coming to work because each day he gets to meet new people and help them achieve their dreams.

Jaime is a fully-licensed financial advisor, Certified Estate Planner and co-owner of Traywick Financial. A native of Ironton, Ohio, she graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. Jaime was a teacher prior to starting her career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in Ashland, Kentucky. With Jaime's background, she believes educating our clients is essential to their comfort and understanding of why their plan is designed specifically for them and feels that education is an important part of the work she does with her clients. 

When she is not in the office, Jaime loves to cook and enjoys watching her children play sports. She can often be found en route to one of their many sporting activities.

With 32 years of experience in social services and a short retirement in between, Beth is our administrative assistant who helps with a number of office duties. She strives for exceptional customer service, ranging from document and meeting preparation, notifications and updates, as well as other service-related inquiries. 

With goals of her own, Beth is thrilled to be part of a team that helps people create plans to achieve their objectives and the life they’ve always wanted. 

Beth grew up in Gallipolis, where she married her high school sweetheart and raised 2 sons. As an empty nester, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Hailing from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Sierra is not only our Office Mascot but Matt’s faithful service dog. She is a white German Shepard trained by Honoring America’s Warriors (a wonderful organization that works to provide service dogs to our nation’s veterans). 

Sierra loves enjoying her dog treats, training daily with Matt, meeting new clients, and when Jaime leaves steak unattended thawing on the counter.
